4. The app and your notes
Desk Pals keeps everything on your own PC: settings in your user profile and your notes as plain Markdown files in Documents\Desk Pals Notes. The app makes no network connections at all. There is no account, no update check, no analytics and no tracking. The optional Claude Code connection only reads the session id, folder name and kind of notification from a local file; prompts, code and tool output are never saved. The Window counter only counts windows and never reads their titles; the clipboard pal only notes that you copied text or a picture and never stores or sends it.
5. Website analytics and cookies
This website uses no analytics, no advertising and no cookies. Its fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks.
6. Who we share data with
Only the services needed to run the store: [PAYMENT PROVIDER] (payments and receipts) and Cloudflare (hosting and email forwarding). We do not sell your data.
7. How long we keep it
