Does Desk Pals connect to the internet?
No. The app makes no network connections, so it needs no account and sends nothing anywhere. Only this website and the checkout use the internet.
Windows says "Windows protected your PC"
Desk Pals is a small new app and Windows shows this for software it has not seen much yet. Choose More info, then Run anyway. The download is the same file listed in your receipt email.
I did not get my email
Give it a few minutes and check your spam folder. If it is still missing, write to us with the email you paid with and we will send the download link again.
Where do I download Desk Pals?
The download button is in your receipt email and on the thank-you page after payment. Lost both? Write to us.
How do I take a note?
Click Nerd the owl, type your note, pick where it goes and press Enter.
How do I rename a pal?
Open the Pals page (tray icon, or the side rail in any Desk Pals window), pick the pal and change its name.
How do I remove a pal?
Pick the pal up and drop it on the bin that appears on the left, or press Remove on the Pals page.
Can I get a refund?
See the refund policy.
Which computers does it run on?
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. It installs for your user only and needs no administrator rights.
